Pacoone currently sells digital printable planners. Physical outdoor products may be added later, but the current active planner products are delivered electronically.

Digital products

Digital downloads are delivered electronically after payment is complete. No physical item is shipped for digital products.

Because digital files can be accessed immediately, digital purchases are generally final once delivered. If there is a technical issue with your file or download access, contact us and we will help resolve it.

Physical products

When physical products are available, each product page will show the relevant shipping, delivery, and return details. Physical products require shipping; digital planner products do not.

Order issues

If there is a problem with your download access, file, or order confirmation, contact us with the email address used at checkout and the product name.

Printing note

Printable planner colors and margins can vary by printer, paper, screen, and print settings. For best results, print at actual size or 100% scale unless the product page says otherwise.
