Digital Download Policy

Some Pacoone products are digital downloads. These items are delivered electronically and no physical product will be shipped.

Delivery

After payment is complete, digital files are delivered through our download system. Customers should receive access using the email address entered at checkout.

File formats and paper sizes

Printable planner products may include US Letter, A4, or other clearly listed file options. Please choose the correct variant before checkout when a product offers multiple formats.

Personal use

Digital files are for personal use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded to other marketplaces, shared publicly, or used to create competing products.

Printing

Colors and margins can vary by printer, paper, screen, and print settings. For best results, print at actual size or 100% scale unless the product page says otherwise.

Download help

If a download link does not arrive, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still need help, contact us with your order email and product name.
