What does Pacoone sell right now?

Pacoone currently sells printable outdoor field planners: digital PDF planning tools for hiking, camping, car camping, and travel preparation. Future physical products will be added only when they are ready and clearly marked on their product pages.

Are the printable planners physical products?

No. Printable planners are digital PDF downloads. No physical item is shipped for digital planner purchases.

How do I receive a digital product?

After checkout, the download file is delivered through our digital delivery system. You should receive access after payment is complete using the email address entered at checkout.

Which paper size should I choose?

Choose US Letter if you usually print on 8.5 x 11 inch paper. Choose A4 if you usually print on 210 x 297 mm paper.

Can I buy physical Pacoone gear right now?

Not from the current public planner collection. Pacoone is building toward a broader outdoor system, but the current active products are digital printable planners. When physical products are available, they will have their own product pages, shipping details, and return information.

Can I reuse a printable planner?

Yes. You can print the files again for your own personal use. Files are for personal use only and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.

Do colors print exactly like the screen?

Colors may vary depending on your monitor, printer, paper, and print settings. For best results, print at actual size or 100% scale.

Can I get help if the download link does not arrive?

Yes. Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still need help, contact us with your order email and product name.
